Invoice + agreed rates
Upload a UPS billing CSV and an explicit final-net JSON rate table. Arbitrary PDF agreements are not supported in the public checker.
Find supported differences, see the invoice rows behind them, and export an evidence-backed claim draft. Know what needs review before you ask for a credit.
For U.S. businesses shipping single-package UPS parcels. No carrier login needed. Candidate amounts are not recovered money.

Invoice reconciliation and exact matching come first. Missing terms, unknown charges and possible duplicates go to review, not a refund headline.
Get audit evidence and a claim draft. You review the agreement and any missing credits. Nothing is submitted to UPS automatically.
Ship with UPS regularly? Help us make invoice review useful on real shipping bills, not just test files.
Use the supported checker and full exports at no cost during the preview. Tell us where the results are wrong, unclear or missing something. Your feedback helps set the next features.
No savings guarantee, no carrier submission and no commitment to a paid plan. This is an early preview validated on synthetic examples, not yet a proven recovery service.
Ask about the previewStart with the example files to see the flow. For your own invoice, you need the applicable rates in the supported final-net JSON format.
Files are processed on this server in private temporary working files, removed after each check, including errors and timeouts. If the service is interrupted, remaining working files are removed when it restarts. Uploads are not intentionally saved to accounts, logs or backups. Do not upload files you are not allowed to share. This preview supports explicit final-net JSON rules, not PDF agreements.
Design-partner learning is a separate, optional step: you download your report, redact customer names, addresses, account numbers, tracking numbers and sensitive agreement details, then explicitly choose what to share back.
We will ask for permission before retaining a report for product improvement. Aggregate learnings are not permission to publish your business, numbers or a case study. The checker does not send uploaded invoices to an AI service.
